Mini Me Rocks Her Style

Say hello to my 8 year old daughter Kylie, who follows in her mom's footsteps and loves all things fashion. She loves to shop for her own clothes and usually does a great job when putting her outfits together. She definitely knows what she doesn't like! That would be the reason she shops with me.

She aspires to be a fashion designer when she grows up, and believes God gave her a "Designer's Heart". She inspires me!

Flutter

Karen is ready for work at the Berlin Grande Hotel in a pencil skirt, which is super flattering on her figure. Her belt and chunky necklace add interest to her neutral outfit. Karen, I hope your day ROCKS!

Work/Play

Pants - VS, Graphic Tee, Jacket, and Earrings - Express, Sandals - Aldo, Necklace - Vanity (I bought two of the same and combined them to make one long one), Bracelets - Express and NY&CO (threaded ribbon thru the chain link one for added interest).

This is how I typically go from working half a day to running errands the rest of the day.
Neutral pants and a graphic tee are always an easy base to build on (if you need to be dressier for work do trousers and a dressier top). Adding a jacket, heels, and accessories dress up my outfit for work.

I simply switch out the jacket for a lightweight sweater, and flat sandals for heels, making the rest of my day casual and comfortable.

Sweater and Earrings - Express, Bracelet - Limited, Sandals - Steve Madden, Sunglasses - F21

Happy Hump Day!

Emerald

Yesterday I had the privilege of meeting Emerald, a style blogger from Columbus, OH, at her graduation party nonetheless! That's right, not only does she have great style, she also graduated with her Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling. Impressive, right! Well, she is just as lovely as she is cute. Hop on over to her Blog and see for yourself.

Wilma, my client, who has also become a dear friend gets all the credit for getting us together. (They were fellow students) She is an amazing individual who just loves people. Thank you, Wilma!

Emerald, I wish you the best in everything and pray you land the job of your dreams! Thank you again for your hospitality! - Rhoda

Nude

My favorites shoes and sandals are all my nude colored ones. You can wear them with everything, and it's a bit more modern than white. Buy them to match your skin tone for a longer leg line. Mine tend to be more on the taupe side (Due to my pale, transparent skin). Caramel colored ones look great on people with a darker skin tone. Happy shoe shopping! You know you need just one more pair!

Jeans - NY&CO, Shirt - Express, Jacket - H&M, Necklace - Berlin Village Gift Barn (local store), Earrings - Old Favorites (no idea), Shoes - Aldo
