Say hello to my beautiful sister Karen. She stopped in after work and I got her to do a quick outfit pose for you. She said she would pose as long as I crop her shoes off. In her words "it was an ugly shoe day", so use your imagination and picture this with beautiful brown heels. :)

A wrap dress is a staple in a work wardrobe as it is thought process free dressing. Karen rocks it with a bright yellow cardigan making it look very summery while following her work attire "rules". As the GM at the Berlin Grande Hotel she needs to dress professional but not required to do a suit.

In my line of work I get to be creative and push the "traditional workwear" rules when getting dressed. I realize that not everyone can get away with wearing shorts for work. If not, why not do a patterned skirt or pants instead. Do you feel like you can have fun with your wardrobe for work or do you tend to stick to the "rules"?
