She showed up for work looking super cute in a fun color combination, sooo I whip out my camera and demand request some cute poses. :) Obviously the cute poses were not a problem! Btw, she always looks cute when she shows up for work, I am either in a hurry to leave or forget to ask her to pose. Show her some love and you might see her on here again!

My outfit for a fun double date to Rainbow Hills Vineyards for one of their summer steak cookouts. Great food, great company and a super relaxing time at their beautiful vineyard in the middle of nowhere was just what I needed. And... I saw three of my clients and their spouses here! Small world.

I have not loved white sandals until now! I always tend to buy nude/natural colored sandals instead, they just tend to feel more modern and will go with everything. These sandals, however stole my heart, maybe because they have more interest with the wood and metallic details. And they are on sale.

As I have said before, take a plain tee and shorts to the next level by adding a jacket, fun shoes and accessories. Stop separating your work, church, everyday, etc... clothes and mix and match them to make the most of your wardrobe. Spend time in your closet or have a friend spend time in your closet to give you a "fresh" eye to all the possibilities in there. Most of all, have fun with your wardrobe!

 Have you noticed over the last few days how valuable her pink jacket is in her wardrobe? A jacket is a piece I recommended she get in more colors and neutrals as she would wear them to work all the time. Price per wear is where it's at.

July 2012 Client Closet of the Month - day 5

 Client Closet of the Month is where an established client receives a complimentary 2 hour Closet Shopping Service in exchange for her/him posing in outfits I put together of what they already have in their closet.

This dress is much fuller than Jess is used to wearing, but very fun and feminine. Her mom bought this for her and at first she wasn't so sure about it. We took off the fabric belt that came with it, added a leather belt, therefore cinching her waist and therefore creating a slimmer look.

Adding the pink jacket also creates a more fitted look and allows her to wear the dress to work.

I was thrilled that I got her to give me a fun twirl!
