bright and full...

A bright anchor sweater and a full skirt sure does make my day.

A full skirt is often a question for a lot of people...won't it just make me look bigger? Does it give me curves? How do I wear it? What do I wear with it?

First things first; is it you? If not, then ok. For instance you will never see Gail wearing a full skirt as it's just simply not her style. And that's ok. Not sure if it's your style? Try it on. Wear it higher (at your natural waistline), do a fitted top and tuck it in, with or without a belt. You just may be pleasantly surprised with the results...or hate it. Either way, at least you tried it, and that's always a good thing.

to Vegas in a carry on

I try and pack a carry on only when traveling for a week or less. I might be crazy but it's just easier once you get there. I'm very strategic in planning my outfits and re-using shoes, handbags, accessories and a few clothing pieces.

Here is what I wore while in Vegas for work.

Day 1 - Travel

We recognized one of our favorite bloggers on the streets in Vegas! Alexandra from Lovely Pepa was doing her outfit photo shoot and yes, we interrupted and she so kindly took time for a nice little chat and picture with us. She made our day!

I love this lipstick and wear it literally every day! It is the rose color stick from Rig & Co. (http://www.rigandco.com/products/Color-Stick-for-Lips-.html). I love these color sticks because they are easy to apply and have great color!

I love this simple outfit and the skirt makes me feel so feminine & sexy. I wore it over the weekend to shop at Ikea, it was comfortable but made me feel great!
