mix it up

I wore this for a casual day of meetings and errands. I was feeling rather blah that morning so I dressed as bright and fun as I could to lift my mood. It worked.

 Tell me...do you dress according to your mood or can you dress yourself into a mood?

For instance - If you're feeling blah do you wear gray and black? If you're feeling fat do you wear something big and black? I could go on and on... I truly believe you can get yourself into a better mood by wearing something that makes you feel pretty.

moving along

I have recently moved out of my Rig & Co. studio (that I loved) simply because I felt like it was a wise business decision. Business continues as usual and I am thrilled as I moved into and am working out of the brand new The Beehive Hair Salon in Berlin, OH. Working when hairstylists Holly and Liz are around is an added bonus; there is always joy and laughter with those two.

boyfriends and studs...

Ok, I just realized that my title could go so many directions. Today, though it's talking about the studs on my tank top and the slightly slouchy boyfriend jeans.

Now, I am a 5'2", curvy gal and generally look horrible in anything that is labeled a boyfriend jean or remotely resembles such. So when I found these Dittos jeans at bfearless, a local boutique I was thrilled since they have a boyfriend feel to them without the crotch sitting 3" below my actual crotch. And they are about as soft as butter. Yes. Butter.That's what I think about... Maybe that's why I'm so curvy...
