I don't wear my pencil skirts very often and every time I do I wonder why I don't. Paired with a structured jacket a pencil skirt makes me feel very professional, "crisp", and lean and I tend to perform accordingly.
What are your thoughts; do you think work performance is attached to how you dress, therefore creating a certain feeling?
